EPIC Generation is a generational movement within our city to make a significant change in its spiritual climate.
As a movement we believe that each and every person is created with design. We are a ministry that helps young people find that design and the joy that comes from being complete in our created purpose. We see the great need of our city and believe that we are a part of the solution because we have the answer and the ability to help. Our ministry is more than just a Friday night meeting, but a 24/7 engagement of our faith. The matrix of our design is embedded in the very cause of Christ. We do what we do because we are followers of Jesus Christ. We may shape our method to be appropriate to our age, but the integrity of the message will never change.
To help others we have a number of activities during the week:
Flippin Pancakes!
Every week our amazing team from EPIC Generation head out to schools across our city with the soul purpose of serving pancakes to students. We have a great time and it really helps people start the day in an 'EPIC' way...(Ok, just way to corny and the web writer just got fired). But anyhoo, the team are available to help serve pancakes in a school near you.
There is just three things we need:
1. Permission from the school principal
2. A BBQ plate at the school to cook off
3. Support from a local business to provide the batter for our yummy pancakes

Connect Groups
Our Connect Groups are an BIG part of what we do in EPIC Generation. Our fortnightly groups are set up to help young people support one another. At the heart of the Connect Groups is the passion to actively help one another explore and live their design for life.
In small groups we get to know others. It is through our relationships with people that help us to grow. Our small groups give us even more than that, they actually help us to have the opportunity to show how much we care. Through the honest exchange of experiences, we receive mutual encouragement on our spiritual journey. We want to develop the sense that ‘the journey is to be enjoyed not just the destination’.

Friday Night Service
We believe that our best future is found in creating a movement for young people to be actively engaging their destiny today. We believe in raising young people that carry a real and relevant message to their high school, universities and community.
We would love to see you at EPIC Generation youth service. Our church has an awesome service especially tailored for our EPIC ministry. Every Friday young people meet from all across Townsville to connect with God and each other. If you are aged between 13 and 25 then this is a great place for you to be on a Friday night.
All our events are supervised by staff and volunteers with National Police checks and First aid training. We provide a safe and secure environment to ensure everyone is supervised while in the care of EPIC Generation and EPIC Events.
Care, Counselling & Chillin'
Being involved in a movement of young people is a strong network of support, encouragement and care. EPIC generation has a number of peer support leaders who can help guide and advise young people on choices that they face. Our trained pastors are available to help any person and teen issues. We have a network of people who can help you in your situations. If you need counseling or just someone to talk to then our pastors and leaders are available to help.
